Highways England are holding two of their Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) public information events close to/in Shorne Parish on the above dates. There are “artists impression” photographs and large scale maps and models of: the southern portal; the LTC:A2 junction and the A2 changes; and the modified route from Gravesend East to the A2 coastbound. A full set of the consultation documents, with all the associated maps, data and modelling, can be inspected.
These are important opportunities for you to explore how the LTC will affect you individually and how it will change the local environment forever. You will be able to speak directly to involved Highways England staff and experts and to “have your say” in person.
Parish Councillors will also be available at these Highways England events for Shorne Parish residents to speak to – we would very much like to hear your opinions of the LTC proposals.

• Thursday 1st November 2018: Cascades, 2pm to 9pm
(Parish Councillors available 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm)
• Saturday 3rd November 2018: Shorne Village Hall, 12am to 6pm
(Parish Councillors available 12am-2pm and 4pm-6pm)
