Staff from the Highways England’s Lower Thames Crossing community team will be available to meet residents informally, on a drop-in basis, between 18.00 and 19.30 on Tuesday 25th July 2017 at Shorne Village Hall. They will be able to answer general queries, and to outline the next steps for the scheme.
This session will be of particular interest and relevance to residents who live close to the proposed Western Southern Link route, and whose property might therefore be adversely affected by the Lower Thames Crossing and its construction, either directly or from its close proximity. Representatives from Highways England’s land and property team will be present to answer your more specific queries.
Parish Councillors will also be on hand to meet you and to hear your views about the Highways England proposals.
There will be other general events in the area in the Autumn which will provide further opportunities for local residents to meet and question the community team.
